When one of our highly trained technicians arrive for the air duct cleaning appointment, the first procedure they will perform is a complete visual inspection of the entire HVAC system. We will make sure that there are no leaks or damages to the ductwork in your system, which is measured by our air flow meter. This will measure the proper CFM 's, which is required by your units specifications. This is now required by law when you have a change out or replace any duct work. The first step is the removal of all the supply and return vents to make sure they are properly cleaned. The second step is we use a high power HEPA VACUUM with a lined hose and our own custom designed brush, which goes spirally through each duct run completely cleaning each duct. The third step is we completely clean the furnaces, fan motors and coils with the proper HVAC cleaning solutions that are EPA approved. After, all the duct cleaning has been completed, we then sanitize the entire system with an odorless sanitizer, which is non-toxic and EPA approved.
